    I stick to lots of fruits and veggies...fast food is way more expensive in the long run, and healthy foods will make you feel absolutely wonderful!

    I'd have to say practice...I used to have a lot of trouble taking it in the back of the truck, but it has gotten easier. A good stethoscope does wonders also :) And don't be afraid to admit you can't hear it...there is no point in giving the hospital an incorrect reading...

    When you first hear the sounds...the needle will bounce in the back of the truck or when the patient moves...It takes some practice - I'm still learning :)
