Hi, i am starting EMT class in september and i was just wondering what i should expect. Im doing it at my high school and i know they recommend you to join a rescue squad and im kind of nervous but open mind.

Just pay attention. Basic school is not hard.

The best thing you can do is read! Read a chapter ahead of the next lecture so you are familiar with the content. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions if you are unsure.
