What is OC Ambulance Attendant Card??

Okay i assume the OC means Orange County but i can't find any information online as to how we set up an appointment or even who to call. How long is the card for? does it expire? do u need to have any requirements or other certs done before attaining this card?
 
The Orange County Ambulance Attendent Card is obtained from OCEMS and can be obtained at the same time you get your county EMT-1 card. The card, like the EMT-1 certification, is valid for up to two years and both cards will expire at the same time if you apply for the maximum (when I renewed, I only paid for 1 year since I was moving).

The only extra requirment is that it requires the same medical examination that is required for your ambulance driver certification.
