As the title says I was let go for not completing my fto. Its complicated because I was with them for 6 months. I think I was super screwed. A lot of techs and even nurses bad talk my company. But im not going to get into that. I have to put this on my next application and I dont know how or even what to say if im lucky for a interview?

You'll be fine; it's not a death sentence for you. Just make sure to start working on making yourself a standout applicant for future jobs.
If they ask what happened, tell them (at least the gist of it). Then tell them what you learned from it and how you're improving on it (if applicable).

Above all, don't talk about your former employer to the next one unless it's complimentary and honest. If you have nothing good to say, don't comment besides your dates of employment. If they ask for the reason, state it simply. They will probably already know if your former company was a bunch of putzes or not.
