I received a question from a relatively new EMT that is precepting on how he can manage his team effectively so he can lead the call and show that he knows something. Suggestions?

Learn to divide tasks equally amoung the crew.
Examples:
On a basic medical call driver gains pts demographic information while medic begins assessment.
On an MVC call, divide and find all your pts, meet in the middle to make a plan, call for more resouces, etc, then divide up and treat with assistance from fire.
Its a lot less of ordering people around and a lot more working together and collaborating for a common goal.
