SF Area ambulance advertising

So, I'm in the east bay on a trip, and I swear I saw a billboard advertising a private ambulance company. :blink: Is that sort of thing normal down here?

In San Francisco? I haven't seen one. Maybe you saw a public service announcement, or whatever they are called, where it say don't abuse 9-1-1. That would be more likely in my opinion.

There was one company out here in Boston that had one for a bit when they restarted operations after a hiatus. No one could figure that one out either.
