SeniorCare Pre-Hire Assessment

Hello All,

I am a new EMT and have just applied to two companies. I don't have any field experience and took my exam in May, results in June. SeniorCare has gotten back to me, but what do these pre-hire assessments contain? I am sure someone has information on this.

If you're talking about the online assessment, it's one of those "psychological" questionnaires where you select if you "strongly agree-agree-not sure-disagree-strongly disagree" with statements dealing with how you relate to others, stress management, etc..
