Seattle CPR save?

Can anyone find the video of that CPR save in a Seattle office? I have looked in the google and can't find it anywhere.
 
They base their "save" numbers only on pt's who are in VF/VT upon EMS arrival. Asystole/PEA pt's don't enter their statistics. That is why their "save" stats are so high.

There is actually justification for doing this, since if you are comparing your EMS system to another, it makes more sense to only look at the outcomes for patient's that had a reasonable chance of survival.
