Pediatric BP?

I'm studying to take my written basic test and I can't think of the formula for pediatric BPs to save my life. Our instructor told us but I can't find where I wrote it down. I think you divide the age then add number but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?

If a remeber right its approx. 80+2Xage for the systolic and for the diastolic approx. 2/3 systolic. And bp arent usually taken on children under 3
