I was wondering if anyone had any info on who's hiring down here. I live in Orange County (which doesn't have private medics) and have been applying throughout the surrounding counties trying to find a job. Last week, I had an interview with AMR San Diego which didn't go so hot and now i'm desperate. In the past month I've turned in apps to Bowers, AMR Riverside/San Bernardino/San Diego, Schaefer, McCormick, and most recently Hall up in Bakersfield. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

i am in the same boat, kinda. there are part time positions here and there. no full time positions anywhere south of Bakersfield that I know of. try out of state, southwest amb in arizona, medic west in vegas, the east coast. i currently have applications in denver, philly, new york, there are 2 new contracs in the bay area, paramedics plus and rural metro you may want to look into those in the next few months, they arent hiring yet though.
