What do you think? Are these valid recommendations or will they create a false sense of security? I know of some services turning down a flight due to something such as weather only to have another service take the flight.

All are well thought ideas and most were expected te be published yesterday. My personal favorite is the recommendations to Medicare / Medicaid to increase or descrease reimbursements based on an operators safety track record.

That ought to make a few operators pucker a little bit. Put up or shut down time, I'm totally on board with it!
