NJ/PA Phlebotomy Cert?

I'm looking into getting a phlebotomy cert to make myself more marketable to employers.. Does anyone know of a good reputible program in NJ or PA (specifically the south jersey/phily region) that isn't going to cost me an arm and leg to do?
