The company I work for has Insurance coverage for Needle stick injuries.
It pays you a lump sum up to $1,000,000 if you get Hepatitis or HIV from a needle stick type injury.
Many ems departments provide this for their EMT's
It is pretty reasonable, it starts at $100 per year for $100K coverage.
