Need Help

I have recently been given the position of leading the 3 cadets my squad has. I am in charge of thinking up cool drills and stuff to keep them interested and bring in more youth cadets to the squad but i have no friggen clue. Any help ideas and or resources would be greatly apprechiated.

So, they made you FTO? Drills aren't necessary. Give them goals for their skillset and hands on training when necessary. They are going to have to be interested in the job to stay around, you just have to make sure they are ready for what they are going to face, and they can decide for themselves in they enjoy it.
