Been looking around abit, out of pure curiosity was wondering....... are New Orleans and East Baton Rouge EMS the only third services in the state? Are there others?
 
I know that at least the parishes around Eat Baton Rouge use Acadian for they 911 service. I dont know about the north part of the state. But as a side note EBR EMS is a great company to work for.

Yes, I knew Acadian has many contracts in the areas. Just was wondering about third service systems like NOLA EMS and EBR. Was wondering how our neighbors to the east do it!
 
A few parishes have hospital based EMS, and acadian doesn't have much of north LA at the moment, so there are probably a few up there.
 
I believe Bosier Parish has a third service agency.
