Anyone here ever work for this company in Ohio, in the past or currently? If so, what is your perception?

Feel free to comment on any of the other SW Ohio area privates as well... Community EMS, MedCorps, EMT Inc, Life, etc etc...

Any information you can give me would be appreciated... Who starts out at which wages for which level of certification, who has good benefits, tuition assistance, provides uniforms... whose equipment is in decent condition and well stocked, whose equipment is always breaking down and who doesn't even carry everything they need to call themselves a (BLS or ALS) EMS provider.

Turnover, company morale, and work environment information would be cool too.

Basically... I am looking for the run down on the local privates. I am REALLY curious about LifeCare though.

It is an overgrown mom and pop shop. If you are not a good old boy, best to stay away from it.

They are always hiring. Apply and they will hire you. Pay is not that well however.
