Ok so I just finished the test last night and I'm so anxious to find out how I did. It was much easier than expected. The practice tests I took were WAY harder. The test was mainly common sense/good judgement.
But anyway, I was wondering how long do the results take to come in realistically. I know they say 4-6 weeks. But I'm worried that God forbid if I fail, I'm going to have to take it again and the only locations available in 4 weeks time are SO far from me. Please only people in NJ or who know the Jersey system respond. I don't care about how they do it in Ohio or even NY. Information about the Jersey system is what is relevant to me, if you want to help.
And the sooner I get certified the sooner I get put on payroll
I ride along with North Bergen EMS for now, once I get certified God-willing they can put me on payroll.
Oh and by the way this is in reference to the NJ state EMT-B exam NOT the NREMT
