I feel that one certain person in the district I work for has some isssues with me. Last Friday I was working and she was our acting lt. I wasn't even her partner and we weren't at the same station. Friday really opened my eyes to her having an issue with me. I couldn't do anything right-AT ALL. Everything I did I got talked to about-some in a good way-yet a little more in the bad way. I confronted her on Friday and tried to ask but she denied any problems. Yet, I did not tell her how she made me feel. Everytime her and I are working the same day-whether or not we are partners, at the same station, or at different stations-she makes me feel VERY inferior and VERY incompetent. So.....I have a meeting with her and the leiutenant on our shift on Sunday. How do I ask her what her problem is with me without sounding too *****y?

Tact is a beautiful thing....several ways you could approach it but for a come to Jesus meeting.. My favorite is

"Well _____________ I have been having this misunderstanding and just wanted to clarify where we stand as far as our status with one another. I do appreciate the constructive critisizm but at times I feel as if your trying to belittle me..if Im wrong I apologize but rather then letting it simmer and build or to maintain the misunderstanding I wished to go ahead and with a mediator clear up any wrongful assumptions or issues we may have with one another ect ect ect"

it doesnt sound whiney or aggrivating, at least not to me and it lets you state how you feel without saying "Why dont you like me"

With me I had an issue with a coworker and she kept on and kept on ect ect ect.... I finally got irritated to the Point when the pow wow with the boss didnt work that I stated "Look I may not like you and you may not like me but while we work together I suggest you fuggin get over it deal and handle the patients..even if we tolerate each other at best your behavior is uncalled for in the work atmosphere and reflects poorly and unprofessionally upon us and the company..any issues you have I suggest you spit them out now or hold your peace and attitude from here on out"
