I want to meet some new "Texas medics". Is there any in emtlife.com ?
 
I was for many years, but in the DFW area, not down south. Although, I have a couple friends in the Houston area.

Of course I've only ever seen it from the air, but still looks like a nice place.

I am a Texas Medic. I work in a small town near Abilene, TX, called Rotan.
 
It's two syllables Day-um Yankees. I have family in Cresson, TX but I'm a day-am Yankee, Boston born and bred.

Wow! What a small world! It doesn't get much smaller than Cresson. A friend of mine is considering the police chief's job there. Cool little town, straddling four separate counties, makes it pretty unique. I was a cop not far from there, and managed the EMS in that county for a couple of years.
