For thanks giving I decided that since I was busting my bum working for everyone else that didn't want to up to this point, I would take the holiday and visit my family since we finally had the people to cover. So aparently I really upset the person that does the scheduling when I did this because when I returned to work this past tuesday night, I looked at the new schedule for the next month..... the heart attack that ensued was minimal to the :censored::censored::censored: chewing I delivered to the person responsible. Starting Christmas eve night I come on for a thirty six hour shift ending at seven in the morning the day after christmas. I then have twelve hours off and then come in that night at seven for another thirty six hour shift.....:unsure::blink: Not to mention the fact that I will be working a few other shifts that week. There is light at the end of this tunnel.... When the county commissioners come to me to complain about the awesome check I will be getting I will just explain to them that, that is the person they put in charge of the scheduling because "the other people weren't doing it right". lol But I am really excited because once I get that pay check I am going to thank our scheduler for the new lap top (I just thanked everyone who calling in last month for the new digital camera). lolB) Then to top it off I was out ALLLLLL NIGHT!!!!! I'm never going on vacation (doesn't usually happen). again.
