How did you recertify with the state? Im doing CE. Do you recommend any CE websites? Or other methods? Im in south tx btw.

Take an online refresher through PERCOM. If you want to enhance your credentials, find a flight or critical care paramedic course. They usually fulfill the recert CE requirements and prep you to take the flight or critical care medic tests.
