-EMT Basic Certification (Los Angeles County Scope of Practice (2011) if initial certification outside of LA County)
-Current Healthcare CPR Card
-California Ambulance Driver Certificate
-"H-6" within 30 days of print
-Valid DMV Medical Examiner's Certificate (DL51)
-Must be able to get LA City DOT Permit
Must be able to be licensed and permitted by LA DOT.
Must pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.
Must have and maintain a professional image.
