Hey guys! I wanted to get some input from the EMS world. I'm a Florida certified medic as well as NREMT-P and CCEMTP. I have two years experience as lead medic for a local county here in Fl. I recently applied for a Hawaiian medic license and they are requesting additional clinical training hours. State of Hawaii asked nothing of my experience, just my schooling. Has anyone had any luck petitioning the State of Hawaii over something like this? My school satisfied the DOH curriculum, and is CoAEMSP accredited. Any help is much appreciated.
