Hey all,
I got asked whats on the Hall physical agility test and have no idea. Anyone know? Thanks!

Hall doesn't have an agility test. They have a medical evaluation, drug test, and a lift test.

You have to warm up with a light jog on a tread mill for about five minutes prior to the lift test. Something about a resting HR, and a non resting HR.

They compare your HR before and after the treadmill.

You then go on to lift weight with increasing weight. They check your HR every so often then too.

It's cake.
