I am looking to get into a EMT Program now that i have secured a transport job. Can anyone recommend a Central Fl, EMT-P Program. It seems like the community colleges offer the best best, cost wise...

Opinions? Suggestions?

Always go for a degree program.

Phlebotomy probably would not help much unless you are wanting to simply overcome a severe phobia of needles. IVs and blood draws involve similar techniques but are still rather different. It's like saying that the technique used to perform a blood gas is going to help you do IVs.
