That almost looks like a scene we had last year. A drunk student was being treated when he grabbed one of our jump bags (which are frickin HEAVY) and started swingin the darn thing around at us. One of our responders tripped over something and fell, he had to scoot out of the way so he didn't get smacked. The student ended up curling up with the bag in a corner. We kept our distance from him until Hartford PD showed up, they took care of him after that.
