Hey everyone! I am looking for suggestions on EMS Managements software, I may be taking over a lieutenants position soon and would like to integrate utilization of management software...

We currently use emscharts for our PCRs, does that have what I am looking for?

otherwise I am looking for something to manage personel, equipment, events, training...etc

Try emstoolkit.com. we use them at my FT and PT job looks great and is expandable

Depending on the subscription status of your emscharts theres a whole HR portion to it where you can manage time clocks, vacation, equipment and supplies used per call.

I have not really used any other style of software, but I know EMS charts is trying to become an one size fits all application

It is not useful for equipment tracking by any stretch. Using it to detail what got used on a call is Ok, but tedious when it comes to tracking inventory/etc.
