County License

Hi guys,

I got my Alameda county license a few months back and applied to a few ambulance services.

Recently, I heard from a friend that with my county license, I can apply outside of Alameda? I don't know if this is true, but it would be great if I could apply for work in San Francisco County as well.

Can someone confirm this?

The LEMSA card is good state wide (as of July, it's actually a state wide card distrubted by the LEMSAs). However, there may be additional requirments such as local accreditation that needs to be fullfilled before you work in that individual county.
