So, instead of getting rid of EMS, we need:
Better and more in depth training.
More EMT's and Medics.
Problem solved.

We can keep EMS week very much. It's good for our local hospital / pre-hospital relations. Often the only time we get to sit down and talk with staff while pre-occupied with patients. And I enjoy the free food, TYVM.So, instead of getting rid of EMS, we need:
