I need some good, reliable sites to get my continuing knocked out and get my acls and pals renewed. I can google search it, but i don't know whats legit.

I found a really helpful and reliable website to do my continuing education. Rapidce.com.
There's no cost to sign up, you need to have your license to validate your an EMT. Remember you need to have 120 hours in 4 years! Better get started.

I use https://www.aclsonline.us/ for ACLS and PALS, and http://hsi.com/ for the other stuff.
