Cleveland (OH) EMS

Hey Folks,

I have an interview coming up with Cleveland EMS (my hometown) and I was curious if anyone on here has anything good, bad, or indifferent to mention.

In the past, I've heard of issues with low employee morale due to a lot of mandatory OT. In the upside, I've also heard of a pretty professional, EMS driven department.

Let me know what you guys think. Any and all thoughts/opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance!!

I also have an interview. I know a couple guys that work there, they all say it is a blast. The EMS dept is extremely busy, sometimes running non-stop all day long. There is talk that Cleveland EMS is going to be merging with Cleveland Fire sometime in the near future.
