I am planning on moving to the Clearwater FL area by mid-June, and am having a hard time finding companies to apply at as an EMT. Any advice would be welcomed on where to apply at. Thanks in advance!
There are quite a few private services over in Hillsborough though(AMR, TransCare, ect.), many of which run EMT-B/MFR crews. I don't know what your cert level is by many hospitals in the area hire Basics as Techs and I know of at least one(Morton Plant) that hires ER Medics.
Thanks for the advice, I didn't know TransCare was down there... I worked for them up in Pittsburgh. I am an EMT-B at the moment, going for my NREMT asap, as I live in PA atm.
Apparently it is a different TransCare than the one I worked for up here, lol
