Can we get a Nudge or ahoogah to let someone who has gone back to reading posts know that "the chat is on"?

Not when you use it to agitate others in chat so they come back and talk! Or to rap on the walls to get our attention!
 
What happened to the chat room? Is that feature no longer available on this site?
 
Thank you! I (obviously) didn't know that. I've remained pretty much inactive, ever since joining this site.

Its not available to newbies. You have to get like 25 posts in before it will show up.
