So I know that the more extensive subjects in medic school are going to be cardiology and pharmacology, which ironically were my worst subjects in EMT school... I'm determined to ace and master both of these subjects in medic school, which doesn't start until June (I'm taking a Paramedic Transition course next month) but I want to get a head start so I don't fall behind. Does anyone have any helpful links or tips on easily remembering things in those subjects? I would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks.

For cardiology, read (in this order):
-Walraven's Basic Arrhythmias
-Dubin's Rapid Interpretation of ECGs
-Garcia's 12 Lead ECG, Art of Interpretation

Then read as many 12 leads as you can. Google Wave Maven, they've got a pretty good library. Repetition is key. Learn the rules, not just what the rhythms look like.

For Pharmacology, flashcards will be your friend. Prehospital Emergency Pharmacology is a decent book to start with, and is a common class requirement. Read the book, make flashcards, and take those cards with you everywhere.

Together they both seem overwhelming at first, but they are very doable. ECGs especially become very easy once you get the rules down (at least to the depth that you'll be expected to know in paramedic school).
