It depends upon the State but NREMT has a specific course that is designed to teach and educate those interested of becoming one; the rules, what specific areas and process of the testing stations.
Contact your local EMS Division that is responsible for your certifications. Remember, NREMT does NOT have an official skills test for Basics, rather the school or state is responsbible for the skills testing. NREMT just offers advise or skills sheet to use if wanted.
