I really want to start working as soon as possible since it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get ur license after the NREMT exam.
 
You won't be able to drive an ambulance If you don't have you nremt so focus on they. Baby steps...

You don't. Period. In fact, in most of Texas, you won't become one even after passing the test. Nothing but non-911 taxi driver jobs for most EMTs in Texas. You'll be lucky if you even get one of those.

Don't quit your real job.
