Bay Area California fire department BLS IFT

I remember a while back their was a fire department in the Bay Area that hired part-time EMT for their BLS ambulance. Does anyone remember what department or city it was ? I thought they were used for IFT only or something like that. Can anyone help me out with this ?

I can think of a couple: Palo Alto Fire Department in Santa Clara County, Alameda Fire Department in Alameda County, South San Francisco Fire Department in San Mateo County.

Unfortunately my familiarity with the Bay Area and it's EMS systems are only slightly above zero.

I had no idea any FDs did routine non emergency BLS IFT as a routine day to day operation...before Aprz's answer, I would have said none did lol

I know a FD in Utah that not only does routine BLS transfers, but they even have a wheelchair van...
