Also, in the interests of building a thread full of useful resources or helping you with useful articles, OP, eMedicine is the best succinct source of information on specific disease processes there is. I also enjoy the eMedicine/Medline CME activities in emergency medicine.

I've found in general that looking to medicine for tips on EMS is much better than looking to EMS.

No Problem! The EMT Spot is my favorite for any new and continuing emt's.

Information is clearly laid out, and not ridiculously confusing to sort through. It even keeps up to date with any new and emerging ems info!
