Hey! How's Dublin!
I have looked into this in the past (I'm from Dublin, only over here a few months!) but you'll have a hard time finding that. As you know form training in Bloomington it aint NATS over here! There's actually a choice of schools churning people out way more frequently than at home!
Your best chance is to get your visa (L-1) or the new one that lets Irish work in the states for a year then you can get an adjustment of status. can't think of the name off hand!
If you still have your NR cert you just have to do reprocity in the state you come to and you shoudl be fine. There's also a lot more companies over here, not just Lifeline or Medicall! So you should find somewhere easy.
