I have been trying to take an AMLS class for some time now. I love to learn and I thought the certification which is being promoted from the NAEMT. If I may, please save your money.
The class is little more than a paramedic refresher class. I expected the class to introduce advanced medical ideas. You know, like things outside the normal protocols and treatment for paramedics. I am sorely disappointed with this class. The class costs way too much for what it provides. It's good if you need some CEUs, but $200 for those CEUs and the lack of coverage of anything new or advanced makes it lacking.
