Alaska Volunteer EMS?

Hey Everyone!

I am going to Alaska for a semester working with the public health department. I also wanted to see if I could join a volunteer squad up there. I might be in Bethel, Kodiak or Fairbanks. Does anyone have experience working up there, or maybe even on one of those departments?

I would also appreciate if you have better contact info that the public website provide. I have found most of the links and phone numbers are outdated...

You will have NO issue trying to join and participate while in any of those locations. When you get on the ground, go to nearest fire station and inquire. Easy cheesy...
