I'm looking to update my agency's personnel management software, which is very much outdated. Does anyone have any input/recommendations? Two that I have across include EMS Manager by Aladtec and EMS eSchedule.
My agency has about 80 members, with about 55 volunteer and 25 per diem staff. I'm looking for software to maintain personnel demographic and contact information (perhaps a software that allows users to login and input info themselves) and to keep track of certifications and their dates of completion/expiration. We currently use the WhenToWork system for scheduling, so any scheduling features would just be a bonus.
