It is very relaxed but you won't get the greatest experience working there. I'd strongly recommend applying as many places as possible and choosing the right place for you.
Congrats on passing, apply everywhere you would be willing to work and don't be discouraged if you don't hear from them at first. It took up to 6 months for a few places to get back to me for an interview.
