Duty to act?
Does a person who is licensed as a paramedic in a state (Nevada in this case) is employed by an ALS/transport providing fire department, but who is not compensated at the paramedic level (by choice) have a duty to provide ALS level care on the scene while on duty? Thoughts?- Thoe713
