From what I can tell, this thread boils down to 150's lack of understanding of a hierarchical job structure. Let's say that, hypothetically, you're a level 4 Lion Shaver out of a total of 6 levels. Each level has its own duties. You're able to perform the duties of levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, not 5...
