Well thanks for the most part. Most of your comments have been very helpful. I am still unsure of what i want to do. I like parts of nursing and parts of respiratory. Big difference in the time in school? Is there a big difference in pay?

Thinking about going back to school. Had looked at nursing and respiratory therapist. Not sure what one is the best option. Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks:)

Love Zofran. We have been using it in our service for a few months. Still have the good ol Phenergan. I have heard several of our medics say that they like Phenergan better and several say they like Zofran better. I personally dont know what is better. We now have protocol to give a 2nd 4mg dose...

I have been zapped. Long time ago. First responding to a call. Man coded while enroute. Medic never said a word just charged and shocked. Guys hand was touching my leg. Feels a lot like being tazed. I would not recommend it. ha
