I have given the Precordial Thump on a witnessed arrest, 1 set of CPR and we had a pulse back, not sure if it was the 'Thump' or the CPR though.. Save...? Pt survived to ER, was talking when we put him on the Hospital bed, and died shortly after... no save. :(
