In terms of education/ career, what's the next step? ( in so Cal) Let's say FF/PM is not viable anymore, I'm contemplating furthering my education but I'm not sure where to go from here. I don't want to be a RN ( much respect to them though) and I don't want to be stuck in a box all day either...

Hello there, I noticed CARE in the city of Orange hire paramedics. Do they do 911 with the FD? Anyone worked for them as a Medic? Any input would be appreciated. I used the search button and did not find any info. As a matter of fact, I haven't anything on Google either. Thank you

In the same boat as you, where are you located though? In southern California, there are alot of IFT companies that will hire you part time ( maybe work a couple of short shift a week, 12-16 hours in total). That's what I'm doing at least, good luck.
