How difficult was it for you to get the tech job? I heard you pretty much have to either know someone that works at the hospital or already work there yourself,

Do you know what's the best way to increase my chances of getting hired at medic-1? I've applied a few times and I've followed up with phone calls but still nothing. And is it true that they prefer people with no EMT experience?

I have an interview coming up with them and I wondering if any has information they would like to share about them. The good the bad. How is the work environment. management?

I called but they said they weren't hiring. They told me to check back in about 3 weeks
