Thanks a bunch. Really just trying to get my foot in the door. I spent 6 months without being able to get hired as an EMT and just said heck with it and went to medic school, now I just really want to start working in the field.

Looking for a website to help search for jobs in Florida or if you guys know of anywhere hiring (transport agencies/hospitals). I plan on just applying to hospitals to work in the ER for now since i don't have EVOC. I need to get EVOC since my school didn't provide that course so I have to pay...

That's what I was thinking, nothing serious. They said they have a bag, but I expect it to only have the basic band aids and maybe some triangular bandages to make a sling and swathe with some gauze.

A friend of mine is in a roller derby team and they asked me to be a standby EMT-B for a game that is coming up. I plan on doing it, they said that they have a medical bag, so I wouldn't have to bring one (which is good because I certainly don't have one). What skills do you think I should...

Thanks, I think I am going to try to some hospitals around here, I also heard that some doctors such as Pulmonologists hire EMT's, I'm gonna pass my resume around and hope for something! :usa:
